Agile transition for the development of complex systems

The ability to quickly bring innovations to the customer is an important factor when it comes to surviving in a hard-fought market. In this context, agile development paradigms, in particular, have gained great popularity when it comes to rolling out new features as fast as possible while ensuring that they match customer needs. The use of these methods, however, and mastery of the underlying practices require some adaptations, especially in domains with extensive regulatory requirements (e.g., Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety in accordance with IEC 61508, or Medical Devices Act).

This is what we offer:

We help you redesign your development processes accordingly: Do you prefer proceeding in a revolutionary manner and want to replace your old process with Scrum, Kanban, or XP? Or do you rather prefer an evolutionary approach where you make your old process agile incrementally? We support you in making the right decision.
We are also working on how to use agile processes for the development of complex systems. Whether “Scrum of Scrums”, “Scaling Agile”, “Agile Runway”, or the “Scaled Agile Framework”: We know which approaches exist in research and practice and support you in selecting a suitable approach and adapting it to your needs.

In doing so, we rely on our experience database with agile components, which we incorporate into your to-be process depending on your objectives.
