In order to align its strategy even more in a future-oriented direction, LOTTO Hessen GmbH, one of the most innovative lottery providers in the Germany Lotto and Toto Block, commissioned Fraunhofer IESE to moderate its strategy process. Detailed analyses of the market environment, the sales channels, the company’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and risks in its environment were followed by a strategy workshop, which resulted in a Strategy Plan 2022 with strategic guidelines, topic areas, and concrete measures.
