Patrick Mennig leitet die Abteilung »Digital Innovation Design« am Fraunhofer IESE. In dieser Rolle begleitet und leitet er verschiedene Industrie- und Forschungsprojekte mit Kunden aus den unterschiedlichsten Domänen wie »Smart Mobility«, »Infrastrukturbau«, »Smart Agriculture« und »Smart City«. Als Digital Innovation Designer kombiniert Patrick Mennig Kompetenzen aus den Bereichen Requirements Engineering, Kreativität und Innovation sowie User Experience, um gemeinsam mit Kunden maßgeschneiderte digitale Innovationen zu schaffen und so die Digitale Transformation zu gestalten.

Patrick Mennig is head of the department “Digital Innovation Design” at Fraunhofer IESE. In this role, he accompanies and manages various industry and research projects with customers from a wide range of domains, such as “Smart Mobility”, “Infrastructure Construction”, “Smart Agriculture”, and “Smart City”. As a digital innovation designer, Patrick Mennig combines competencies from the fields of requirements engineering, creativity, and innovation as well as user experience to create customized digital innovations together with customers and thus shape the digital transformation.
